Production Manager

LMB Painting Services is looking for a Production Manager to oversee our active job board and keep every project on time, on budget, and to standard. You’ll work closely with estimators, crew leads, and the office to schedule crews, sequence work, and step in when jobs need a senior eye.
Responsibilities
- Schedule crews and sequence interior and exterior jobs across the active board
- Review estimates and scopes with estimators before jobs go to production
- Visit active job sites to check quality, prep, and safety, and to support crew leads
- Resolve issues that come up mid-job, including change orders, weather delays, and material shortages
- Track job progress, labor hours, and material usage against the estimate
- Coach crew leads and painters on technique, efficiency, and customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional painting experience, including time as a crew lead or foreman
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and concurrent projects
- Strong eye for finish quality and surface prep standards
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, CRMs, and production tracking software
- Excellent communication skills with crews, customers, and office staff
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
