Painter

LMB Painting Services is hiring Painters to join our crews on interior and exterior residential and commercial jobs. You’ll work alongside experienced crew leads delivering clean, well-prepped, long-lasting paint jobs that homeowners are proud to show off.
Responsibilities
- Prep surfaces, including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint and stain by brush, roller, and sprayer on interior and exterior surfaces
- Mask, tarp, and protect floors, fixtures, landscaping, and furniture before work begins
- Set up and break down ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and customer-ready at the end of every day
- Communicate clearly with your crew lead about progress, materials, and any issues
Requirements
- Prior painting experience preferred; strong work ethic and trainability required
- Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and working at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites and a willingness to travel within our service area
- Able to lift and carry equipment and 5-gallon paint buckets throughout the day
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
