Crew Lead

LMB Painting Services is looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run our painting jobs from kickoff through final walkthrough. You’ll manage a small crew, set the pace and quality bar on site, and serve as the main day-to-day contact for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations on active job sites and direct a crew of painters
- Review scope and notes from the estimator and plan the work sequence
- Set up containment, protect customer property, and enforce safety standards
- Inspect prep and finish work, fix issues before they reach the customer, and own the final walkthrough
- Track materials, order paint as needed, and report job progress to the office
- Keep the customer informed about timing, weather adjustments, and next steps
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional painting experience, with prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of prep techniques, paint products, and spray equipment
- Ability to read estimates and translate them into a clear work plan
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills with customers, crew, and office staff
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
